Serge Ibaka, the veteran Raptor who has been on the NBA’s all-defensive first team three times, faces Chicago rookie Lauri Markkanen, who is averaging 15 points and almost eight rebounds a game.

OG Anunoby is dealing with an ankle issue and could be a question mark for the Raptors . . . Chicago’ win over Orlando on Monday was just its second in 10 games. The Bulls are 0-3 against the Raptors this year . . . Zach LaVine, sidelined until mid-January because of knee surgery, will face Toronto for the first time this season . . .
